FAQ: Manufacturing ERP, answered

An AI-native manufacturing ERP runs the operational side of a factory in one system: production planning, BOM and routings, inventory, lot traceability, purchasing, quality, costing and order management. Bonx acts on live production data instead of only recording it, and it’s built for small and midsize manufacturers across industries rather than large groups.

Some customers start seeing value in as little as 2 to 3 weeks, and Bonx deployments go live in 10 weeks on average, against the 12 to 18 months legacy ERP treats as normal. Because it’s AI-native, Bonx adapts to how you work through configuration rather than custom code, with no integrator required.

Bonx runs manufacturing operations end to end, including material requirements planning (MRP) and scheduling. It invoices natively with legal numbering, VAT and electronic invoicing, but it’s not a finance ERP: no general ledger or payroll. It connects to the accounting, CRM and ecommerce tools you already use so nothing is entered twice.

Bonx is an annual subscription plus a single setup fee, sized to your operation, whether you’re a small manufacturer leaving spreadsheets or a scaling midsize plant. There’s no surprise change order invoicing and none of the runaway timelines of legacy ERP. Book a demo for a precise quote.

No IT department or developers required. Bonx is fully hosted, so there’s no infrastructure to run and no custom code to maintain. A capable person on your team can configure and adapt it as you grow, which is why most manufacturers run Bonx with the team they already have.
