Invoicing software for manufacturers

Full built-in invoicing: legal numbering, VAT, PDF, e-invoicing. What you invoice always matches what you sold, and your accounting software remains in charge of the accounting.

Invoices, down payments and credit notes

Invoices from the order or the shipment

Invoice a whole order or one or more shipments, with no re-entry.

Down payments, final invoices and credit notes

Down payment as a percentage or an amount, split by VAT rate, final invoice, full or partial credit note.

Legal numbering

Continuous, yearly or monthly sequence, locked after the first invoice. Invoice data is locked when the invoice is finalized.

E-invoicing

Factur-X checked against the EN 16931 standard and sent through Pennylane, a certified platform. For Italy, Bonx generates FatturaPA XML.

Currencies and templates

Several multilingual PDF templates, and invoices in foreign currencies with a locked exchange rate.

Payment tracking

Drafts, invoices awaiting payment, overdue invoices and revenue for the month on one dashboard.

Connected to your accounting

Accounting export

Customer account, sales account and tax code are locked on each line, then exported to your accounting software: Pennylane, Sage, Cegid, QuickBooks, Xero and about forty others.
