Manufacturing logistics software

Receiving, shipping and transfers between sites stay in sync with what happens upstream. Inventory and lots are up to date with every movement.

Shipping and receiving

Receiving

Receive supplier orders in one or several deliveries, with backorders. Lots are recorded as soon as goods come in.

Shipping

An order can ship in several shipments. Choose the lots to ship and confirm, and inventory updates.

FEFO or FIFO picking

Bonx suggests the lots to pick based on their expiration date or their receipt date.

Transfers between sites

A transfer happens in two steps, out of the origin and then into the destination, and keeps lot information.

EDI and e-commerce

DESADV advance ship notices are sent through EDI, and shipping status is sent back to Shopify.

Process by operation type

For each receipt, shipment or transfer, you define the steps, the stock movements and the documents.

In-plant logistics

Material preparation

The materials to pick for a work order are listed and tracked to the workstation. The shop floor knows what is ready before starting production.

Receiving inspection

A quality check can apply at receiving. A rejected lot goes to a nonconforming location instead of entering available stock.
