AI agent for manufacturing sales

Bonx agents take care of sales administration: quoting, order entry, shipments, invoices and reminders. They act within the limits you set and bring you the cases that need a decision.

Order-to-cash automation

Requests read from your email

The agent reads quote requests and orders received in Gmail or Outlook, and creates the data in Bonx with no re-entry.

Quote pricing

Quotes are priced with your price lists and discounts.

Quote follow-up

The agent follows up with the customer on quotes that have not received a reply.

Order entry

Orders received by email, through EDI or from Shopify: the agent enters them and links them to the right customer.

Shipments and invoices

The agent prepares shipments, then invoices based on what actually shipped.

Payment reminders and disputes

Late payments get reminders. In a dispute, Bonx checks the claim against what was produced and shipped before any credit note is issued.

An agent under your supervision

You stay in control

By default, every change the agent suggests waits for your approval. When a task is reliable enough, you can accept it automatically. Every run is logged: messages, suggested changes, decision and records created.

Customer credit monitoring

The agent tracks the outstanding balance of each customer and flags those over their limit before a new order is approved.

FAQ

Order-to-cash covers the whole path of a sale, from the quote request to payment: quoting, order, shipment, invoice and payment. In Bonx, these steps live on the same order, which lets an agent carry them out one after another.

Email (Gmail, Outlook), EDI, Shopify, and PDF documents read automatically. Orders from every channel arrive in the same place in Bonx.

You describe the task in plain language, with the rules to follow, and attach it to a step of a process. The agent runs when a record reaches that step. You can rerun a run and leave feedback to improve its instructions.

Only what you have authorized. The agent acts with Bonx tools, within the permissions of the profile it is assigned to. Every action is checked against those permissions and logged, and changes wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic acceptance.
