Procurement and supplier management software for manufacturers

Your purchasing starts from the actual needs of production and inventory. Each receipt updates stock, and planning and production see it right away.

Purchasing software

Purchase suggestions

Requirements planning suggests the supplier orders to place, taking into account stock, safety stock and expected receipts.

Supplier purchase orders

Create a purchase order manually or from a suggestion. A new requirement can be added to a supplier order that is still open.

Supplier terms

Preferred supplier, purchase price, price breaks, minimum order quantity and order increment are stored on the item.

Receipts and backorders

Receive in one or several deliveries: Bonx tracks ordered, received and remaining quantities. You can also receive goods without a purchase order.

Delivery notes read by OCR

Delivery notes and supplier invoices are read automatically, then reviewed by the team.

Supplier follow-up

Agents import supplier confirmations and follow up with suppliers when a delivery is running late.

Supplier management connected to production

Receiving inspection

A quality control plan can apply as soon as goods are received. A nonconforming lot is moved to a dedicated location instead of going into available stock.

Traced supplier lots

Each lot received stays linked to its supplier. If there is a problem, traceability goes back from the finished product to the supplier lot and forward to the customers who received it.

FAQ

Bonx calculates requirements from orders, forecasts and stock, then suggests the supplier orders to place with the right supplier, the right price and the right minimum quantities. The buyer approves the suggestion instead of recalculating everything in a spreadsheet.

The receipt records what arrived and Bonx keeps the backorder open. Planning sees both the stock received and the quantity still expected.

Bonx reads supplier invoices by OCR and matches them to purchases. Posting and payment stay in your accounting software.

Yes. Bonx covers operational purchasing: raw materials, components, packaging. Purchases are linked to production requirements and inventory, which helps you avoid buying too early or too late.
