AI agent for production planning

When a delivery is late or a material is short, the agent measures the impact on work orders and sales orders, then suggests what to reschedule. The planner approves.

AI-assisted rescheduling

Pre-filled plans

Bonx intelligence pre-fills the demand, production and supply plans. The planner reviews, adjusts and approves.

Impact of delays

The agent explains the delay on a purchase order and traces its impact on work orders and sales orders.

Shortages flagged early

Shortage monitoring flags a missing material before it holds up a work order.

Bottleneck analysis

Every week, the agent analyzes bottlenecks on the shop floor.

Operations to reassign

The agent picks up late operations and operations without a machine and suggests a new assignment.

Changing priorities

When an order becomes urgent, the agent suggests a new sequence, which the planner accepts or not.

An agent under your supervision

You stay in control

By default, every change the agent suggests waits for your approval. When a task is reliable enough, you can accept it automatically. Every run is logged: messages, suggested changes, decision and records created.

The same plan as your ERP

The agent works on the data in the planning module: orders, inventory, expected receipts, work orders and capacity. There is no separate tool to synchronize.

FAQ

Only if you decide it can. The agent suggests and the planner approves. Every suggestion and every decision is logged.

Bonx data: sales and purchase orders, inventory, expected receipts, work orders, machines and calendars. This is the data the shop floor and purchasing update in real time.

You describe the task in plain language, with the rules to follow, and attach it to a step of a process. The agent runs when a record reaches that step. You can rerun a run and leave feedback to improve its instructions.

Only what you have authorized. The agent acts with Bonx tools, within the permissions of the profile it is assigned to. Every action is checked against those permissions and logged, and changes wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic acceptance.
