Order entry and import
Create an order manually or import it. Bonx fills in the customer's contacts, addresses, payment terms and currency, then the price, tax and description of each item.
EDI and e-commerce orders
Orders received through EDI (ORDERS) and orders from Shopify or WooCommerce go straight into Bonx.
Purchase orders read automatically
A customer purchase order received as a PDF is read by OCR. Someone on the team reviews it before the order is created.
Discounts and variants
Discounts as an amount or a percentage, on the line or on the order, and cascading discounts. For a configurable item, Bonx creates the variant if it does not exist yet.
Availability and production
Each order shows available stock. If stock is short, Bonx calculates requirements from the bills of materials and releases work orders linked to the order.
Order tracking and margin
You can follow the order step by step. Actual or projected margin is calculated from the cost of goods sold.

In Bonx, the sales order is where operations start. It shows available stock, releases work orders when needed, and then leads to shipments and invoices. Sales, production and logistics work on the same order, with no re-entry between tools.
Yes. Orders come in through EDI, from Shopify or WooCommerce, or through OCR of purchase orders received as PDFs. The next steps (approval, stock reservation, release to production) follow the process you have defined, and agents can handle part of them.
