Résilience is not a manufacturer; it is a network of 80 independent textile workshops across France producing large-series apparel for clients like Decathlon and Sodexo while training more than 2,000 people in reintegration or with disabilities in their first industrial trade. That model creates challenges that no conventional manufacturer has ever had to solve.
Running a single factory is a coordination problem, but running 80 independent workshops is a different order of magnitude entirely. Each workshop is a separate entity with its own workforce, rhythm, and capacity on any given day.
Adding to this complexity, a production order from a client in Paris may be split across three workshops in three different regions (for example, one handling cutting, one assembly, one finishing) with raw materials flowing between them and tight deadlines.
The central operations in Roubaix needs to know at any moment what has been produced, where, by whom, and against which order, plus track inter-workshop transfers without losing traceability. It also needs to capture quality non-conformities before they reach the client. And, importantly, Résilience needs to report social data (e.g., hours worked, number of people employed), which is as central to the company's value proposition as the finished product itself.
Coordinating production, transfers, quality, and social data across 80 separate entities, with operators who may be in their first weeks on the job, required a system that could hold industrial-grade complexity at the center while remaining simple at the edges.
This additional constraint changes everything. Because a significant share of the operators logging production across the Résilience network are learning their first industrial job, the day-to-day system cannot assume experience or require training. It has to work for someone who picked up a sewing machine six months ago and has a QR code in front of them.
These two requirements, complexity at the center and simplicity at the edge, are normally in conflict. But Bonx was built to hold this tension together.

The cycle begins when a new order enters from Odoo.
